Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for production order management as well as the creation, maintenance, and approval of production orders in the ERP system
- You create and maintain purchase order proposals and determine material requirements based on customer orders
- You handle project scheduling and production planning
- You schedule purchased parts, assemblies, raw materials, and consumables
- You will assess and prioritize missing parts with regard to production and project deadlines
- You will review and prepare production orders with regard to material availability, technical documentation, and scheduling, and track them until full completion is reported
- You will support the introduction of new products, assemblies, and manufacturing processes, as well as the creation and maintenance of work instructions and work sequences
Your Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as training as an industrial business manager, office management clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or a comparable qualification
- You have a good technical understanding, meaning that technical drawings are no problem for you
- You have at least one year of professional experience in operational material planning within an industrial or manufacturing company
- You have experience in order planning, production planning, and material planning.
Ideally, you have experience working with an ERP system in the areas of material planning and procurement - You are a team player who is responsible and flexible
- You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner
- You have excellent German language skills and at least good English language skills
